Job roofer in Orlando

Look for recommendations for roof repair or replacement specifically for back porch/lanai. Ive had a few different opinions and 2 quotes. Looking for another quote for comparison (one was way out of our budget). The roof of our screened-in back porch is in bad shape. Its made of elite panels that are likely 20 years old. Weve been in this house just over a year and they are leaking between the seams, around the skylights, and where it meets the house (connected to the exterior wall, not the roof of the house). One of the panels is taking on water and sagging. Ive been told by some that it can be repaired and maybe replace a few panels. Others have told me the whole thing must be replaced and they cant just replace a few of them. Ive had two companies say they cant do the work and referred me elsewhere. Apparently your standard roofing companies dont do this type of work so Im looking for places that have specifically worked on your porch, lanai, sunroom, etc. The roof is 13×33 and were looking to stay under $10k if we need a full replacement. Ive already talked to: Gold Key Roofing, All My Sons Aluminum, Superior Aluminum Installations, and Southern Image Screen Repair. Are there any others you trust and recommend? Thank you!!
