Job general contractor in Oxford

I need to hire someone who knows and repairs manufactured/mobile homes. I need the side door replaced (I am getting one from Pat’s Sales). This job looks easy but I can’t do it myself. Those stairs in front of the door also need to be replaced. I think Pat’s Sales has prefab small decking with with stairs I can order but I need them installed. (I am removing that falling apart deck myself.) I need a new access panel for the crawl space and will order it based upon specifications. I also need an access in the skirting for the well shut off lever. The plumber had to crack it all open to install it. I do not know what to do about that. Also…my front porch roof is sagging. Who can do these repairs, how much time will this take and how much? I appreciate all of your help. I also have other repairs I need and will discuss when I find the right person for the job.
