Job other in Coconut Creek

My condo association in Coconut Creek is looking for someone to help with property maintenance twice a week for two hours. We are flexible on the days and times. Duties include cleaning dumpster area (2), picking up trash on the property, cleaning lamps once a month, picking up fallen palm fronds and branches, wiping mail boxes occasionally etc. We are a small community, there isn’t a lot of work and we are flexible just really would like to find a nice reliable person.
