Job other in Tampa

Im looking for someone that can walk my old big dog. Hes very sweet but lately, hes gotten aggressive, never bitten or tried to bite anyone, hes just chase and barks but hes big and loud and barks his head off Aabs scares people to death if we go on walks and he sees other dogs or even a bird. Hes dragged any friends Ive had to help because theyre women that arent strong enough. But hes not aggressive at the park or any other time. Only on walks. Im recent cancer survivor, disabled, and very weak on a very very tight budget. I cant manage him because hes too strong. Hes 91 lbs. I cant afford regular daily $20 walks. For the last few years since I got really sick, he poops in my backyard. He really needs the exercise and he loves walks. He mostly heels if hes with someone that is dominant. But someone needs to be strong enough not to be dragged off he takes off. Does anyone have suggestions? Are there any options for situations like this? I cant give him up, hes too old and we love him. My girls and I cant manage him outside. Any neighborly dog lovers with a big heart that can help even once in a while? Thank you
