Job painter in Miami Shores

Need a painter to do a small $150 job TODAY by SW 184 Street and 137 Avenue. If you are in the area and need to work today, this is an easy deal. I need some sanding on one wall (I have palm sander there)(wall not being painted – will be wallpapered), baseboards sanded/painted where patched, and walls wiped down where dust shows – all in one tiled room that was painted black.
